SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information

Zion Clinical Pharmacy offers transactional SMS text messages, including prescription refill reminders, order status updates, and account notifications, to patients who voluntarily opt in. Opt-in is collected through a separate, standalone, optional consent section on our in-person, paper-based intake and order forms at our licensed pharmacy location. Consent to receive text messages is entirely optional and is never a condition of purchasing any goods or receiving healthcare services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties under any circumstances. We do not use digital pre-checked boxes, and signed paper consent is securely stored in our Electronic Health Record system as proof of voluntary consent before any messages are initiated.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for assistance. For full SMS terms, see our Terms and Conditions.
