Zion Clinical Pharmacy is highly dedicated to ensure that all products leaving the pharmacy meet the strictest standards of quality pharmacy care in addition to quality service. The pharmacy employs a multi-level personal check of each medication/package to ensure patients receive their medications accurately and in a timely manner.

Due to applicable regulations Zion Clinical Pharmacy does not accept returns nor performs exchanges or refunds on medications. In extenuating circumstances the customer service director may override this policy (which is up to his/her sole discretion).

In the event that you are not satisfied with your product/s, items are missing or damaged you are required to notify the pharmacy within 24 hours of receipt for any consideration. Make sure you save all items, medications and shipping materials in case an inspection of the items is required by our shipping department.

Signature Required

By default we mark all our packages with signature required. Clients and patients assume all responsibility for missing, broken or stolen packages in the event they decline the signature required clause.

Refused Deliveries

Clients and patients assume all responsibilities for shipping and handling of packages if they, for any reason decide to refuse the package/s.
